How to Upgrade Windows 11 Home to PRO
In theory, upgrading Widnows 11 Home to PRO should not be a problem. All you have to do is go into Settings and select Change Product Key. The reality, however, is sometimes a little different. If we have, and we must have, a Windows 11 PRO key purchased then we enter the key and with a little luck everything will work out. Often, however, when upgrading Windows 11 HOME to Windows 11 Pro, we get a message that the key is not compatible or the upgrade cannot be done.
Windows 11 Pro upgrade fails with error code 0xc004f050.
What to do when 0xc004f050 error appears ?
When error code 0xc004f050 appears the first thing we need to do is turn off the Internet, you can try to turn on airplane mode but it doesn’t always work. We go to Settings -> Activation and select change product key. We enter one of the codes below depending on the version of Windows we bought and upgrade the system. After rebooting the system, we can already change the product code to the one we bought.
When entering the code for Windows 11 PRO, we must turn on the Internet to be able to activate the system.
Upgrade Windows 10 Home to PRO version
The same method also works in Windows 10, and we can also use the same keys.
If the error code 0x803fa067 appears ie that we have an Internet connection that we need to disable.
